At ReikiMadeSimple.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with our online Reiki healing services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your session, we offer a full refund of your session fee, provided that the following conditions are met:
- Request for refund must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time.
- Refund request must be made by email to our customer support team at support@reikimadesimple.com, including your full name, session date and time, and reason for the refund request.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the refund request.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the request does not meet our refund policy criteria.
- If a refund is approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method used to make the payment.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for technical difficulties or internet connectivity issues on your end that prevent the session from taking place. If you experience any technical issues during the session, please contact our customer support team immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue or reschedule the session.
